MYIR’s service procedures are usually as follows:

Please submit your project basic requirement to FTD.

We will send quotation to you.

We will send you formal quotation based on our final agreed project requirement. Development time will also be mentioned. We will work with the customer to jointly make schedule for the project if the customer had confirmed to authorize FTD for the design. The schedule will be part of the contract.

We will sign a Custom Design Contract with the customer. And both sides shall follow the contract.

We will give technical support and after-sales service to customer as agreed.
